Due to the number of attempts to obtain product with out purchasing the HazMat Fee for items that require it with no intention of purchasing it, the following was implemented below:

This is not an attempt to punish our honest customers as we all make mistakes and either over look or forget from time to time.
If you placed an order that requires the HazMat Fee for any of the items that you purchased you can purchase it here using the button below.
It is the purchasers responsibility to purchase the HazMat fee for any item that requires it, you will be notified if you have forgotten to purchase it and directed to this page.

Please note that as of 2/3/09 orders placed with items requiring the HazMat Fee are subject to a 20% cancelation fee if you decide to cancel your order because you do not want to pay the HazMat fee.
Certain items are required to ship via Hazmat classification, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule. You have agreed to this condition when you ordered as you are notified if an item is eligible for the HazMat Fee by the Item notes (denotes that the item is eligible), Item description (denotes that the item is eligible and a link to the HazMat fee page), on the subtotal page (notes for you to check that the items in your shopping cart are eligible for the fee or not along with a link to the page where it can be purchased), and the Terms and conditions (explains the policy regarding the HazMat fee and a link to the page where it can be purchased.
